I work in a veterinarian attached to an attacker. Sometimes when I wash my towels, no towels in the basket of the product is covered with blood. Once there was even the teeth in the dental prophylaxis on the towels.

I think it's disgusting, and I will not touch the dirty towels, because I am concerned about the disease. Hazzardous there are no laws on the disposal of waste, including blood? Also in northern California.

Any help appreciated as I can tell my employer about the Hazzard laws.
