Claim Denial Letter Can My Seller Claim All Or Part Of The Earnest Deposit?

Can my seller claim all or part of the earnest deposit? - claim denial letter

I received the approval of the willing buyer and a deposit of 6,000 To say two days before the closure, as an agent of the buyer, not to close the transaction! I received the rejection letter of credit unacceptabe which states that the reason the buyer is not encouraged. This is my seller is entitled to a portion of the tank with the title? Another problem is that the buyer signed any mistake, rather than July and August contract was executed on 19 July. Was closed to the 15th August.

Monitoring of local law ... I do not know where she is.

small error in the date the form is not critical, but if the agreement void because the funding does not depend on local legislation and risks in the offer.

Certainly, my way of writing the risks of the offer was valid and the agreement must promptly return all of my deposit seriously.

Should not the borrower for the funding of, in most cases are limited to a refund of their ages. Unless your contract specifically states elsewise, funds must be repaid.

Contract almost always include clauses that payment will be refunded if the buyer does not get the funding
